More than Childcare. It’s a Community.

At Community Link Childcare, we believe every family deserves access to high-quality, affordable childcare. As a not-for-profit organisation, we’re dedicated to creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments for children conveniently located in schools and community centres across Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire.

Our journey began in 2000

We started under the name Community Link Children’s Charity, or more informally, CLICC. Back then, we operated a single Out of School Club. Since those early days, we’ve grown steadily in both scope and impact. In 2011, we rebranded as Community Link Childcare to better reflect our expanded mission and evolving services.

Over 25 years of experience

And we haven’t stopped growing. We continue to adapt to meet the changing needs of families in our communities always guided by our founding values.

With over 25 years of experience, our core aim remains unchanged: to provide high-quality, affordable, and sustainable childcare services for parents and carers. Today, we operate Out of School care at 14 locations across Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire, supporting more than 400 families with flexible, trusted childcare solutions.

We operate after school clubs, holiday clubs, and private crèche services, giving parents the peace of mind they need to work, train, or study.

We support the wider childcare sector with staffing, training, and consultancy services.
