We provide a full range of support and consultancy services for childcare professionals and businesses to ensure that they are meeting statutory requirements.
Our range of consultancy services can be tailored to individual needs at a cost of £25 per hour. (Plus associated expenses if applicable)

PVG Scheme Record
Community Link Childcare is registered with PVG Scheme record to process enhanced disclosures for childcare employees.
If you would like an information pack which details the responsibilities and requirements for disclosure simply contact one of our approved registration officers on one of the numbers below.
The PVG Scheme record is only £77 including an administration charge.

Relief Pool of Flexible Childcare Staff
As part of our services for childcare providers Community Link Childcare operates a flexible relief pool of childcare staff who are registered to work in any childcare setting.
This flexible service is ideal for sick or holiday cover, gaps in recruitment and staff: child ratio requirements for certain activities.
All staff within the relief pool are required to complete full induction training as well as a core programme of training.
Pricing is as follows:
| Unqualified support staff member | £15.92 per hour |
| Qualified support staff member (level 2) | £18.18 per hour |
| Qualified support staff member (level 3) | £21.23 per hour |
| Qualified support staff member (level 4) | £24.24 per hour |
| Managerial/supervisory staff member | £37.89 per hour |
| Annual Subscription | £86.90 per year |
Accessing our Services
To access our services we require that childcare providers complete a registration pack and pay an annual administration charge of £84.70 . (One off users will incur an administration charge of £20)
This fee ensures that service users have complete access to our advisors and services and receive information including mail outs, invitations to events, workshops and networking opportunities.
Registration will require an induction visit to go over terms and conditions. Applicants must provide a full risk assessment of their premises which is less than six months old. If this is not available then Community Link Childcare can provide this service at a charge of £50.
